Just Chillin

This past weekend was full of fun and it was nice to have a long weekend with my Henry. Friday Brendon golfed in the afternoon so Henry got to visit aunt Bethy at Cannon school for about an hour before I got there to get him- he told me he had lots of fun, but wants to go to Randolph when he gets bigger " ). Saturday was nice at home during the day and we had some friends over to watch Ultimte Fighting at night, Henry got pretty tired with all the people over and kids running around he fell asleep with all the activity and slept til 7am the next morning! Sunday we went to a bbq at Freebergs and again got tuckered out from everything and fell asleep great, woke up when we got home around 11 but fell right back asleep until 7 the next morning again! Monday we went to my mom and dad's for a little bit while Brendon put the carseat base in my mom's car and he got his first whisker rubs from grandpa - he seemed to love it as he smiled and smiled from it- he'll soon learn to run from grandpa when he does that! Then we went to the Bears game for just a little bit, Henry didn't like all the cold and wind-- he's just too little for that yet and doesn't really know what that is.. so we left and ran over to aunt Angie's across the street from the field and he was all smiles and happy again.

Today is Brendon's birthday and Henry got him a great present, but actually gave it to him last Friday. It's some GPS system for golf... he LOVES it! So Happy Birthday Brendon!! : )

This morning kind of sucked again, realizing that Henry will be in daycare FULL days now.. ugh. I hate thinking about it- but I keep hearing it will get better. I just miss my little guy so much during the day and can't wait til I can go home and see him and get some snuggles in!
